A group for singles and couples cultivating the truth and intimacy of the present moment through authentic movement, self-inquiry practices, and mindfulness-based present-moment focused group process. This group takes a mindfulness meditation practice from a solitary practice into daily life and is both inter- and intrapersonally focused. Learn how to speak from the present moment, deepen your awareness of the processes that guide your behavior and thought patterns, take responsibility for your thoughts and feelings, practice cultivating deep intimacy and compassionate listening.
Changing our perspective changes the way we experience the world. It’s a practice of being curious about yourself, having the courage to look, and the compassion to embrace what you see in yourself and others. Join this evocative group and get present.

Valerie Sher, PhD, has been practicing mindfulness and self-inquiry for over a decade. Trained in Hakomi, Valerie uses curiosity and studying experience with her clients, authentic movement to deepen the embodied knowing of one’s self, and draws on a wealth of psychological, wisdom and and spiritual practices to deepen one’s knowing and relating in the world and cultivate a more direct lived experience and beingness.$15-25 suggested donation.
